Unforeseen circumstances resulted in a delay in the posting of the new policy book changes voted upon in Nov and the announcement of those changes here on the web page. The policy book link on the web page now brings up the new revision.

 Four changes were made to the policy book:

#1  –  Chapter III – General #16  – the following sentence be added as the first sentence of text
Except in an emergency confirmed by the unanimous consensus of the then current board and officers, any changes to the range safety rules or the range operational procedures require a motion to and affirmative vote by the general membership.

 #2  –  Chapter I– Policy Book #1 – the following sentence be added as the first sentence of text
Except in an emergency confirmed by the unanimous consensus of the then current board and officers, any changes to the TCMSA Policy Book require a motion to and affirmative vote by the general membership.

 #3  –  Date change   – The date following the title (7/2022) was changed to 11/2025.  The date following item #32 (January 2023) apparently referencing a revision, was removed.

 #4   –   Pages were numbered and dated
