Mandatory Renewal Form
In order to keep our database current for contacting members the Board of Directors has decided to make the use of our renewal form mandatory in order to renew your membership each year. It must be submitted whether you renew by mail or at a meeting. The preferred method is to fill it out online and print so it is legible. If you do not have a computer and/or printer it can be done at any library. The link is on our webpage in the menu. Renewal Form

CHANGE OF POLICY BOOK
A proposal for a change in the policy on membership dues was submitted at the December 1, 2022 Membership Meeting. The Club has submitted a request to the Bureau of Reclamation for a piece of surplus property for a permanent range. The Club will need funds to build the range. The proposal is to incrementally increase the annual dues over the next 4 years, $10 a year, to $100. The other option would be an assessment at a later date on all members to raise the funds needed. The proposal also increases the work party credit each year. The proposed increases are:
2023 Dues $70 Work Party credit $25 New member dues $90
2024 Dues $80 Work Party credit $30 New member dues $100
2025 Dues $90 Work Party credit $35 New member dues $110
2026 Dues $100 Work Party credit $40 New member dues $120
The vote on this proposal will be at the January 5, 2023 annual Club Meeting and requires 2/3 majority to pass.
