Gate Combo Changes April 1st 2021, please renew membership by mail beforehand to get the 2021 combo in a timely manner.
Renewal Grace Period April 30th 2021, after this date you will have to rejoin as a new member.
Mandatory Safety Refresher
The Officers and Board have reviewed the data collected by the Safety Advisors and the online Incident Reports concerning safety issues at the Range. These need to be addressed by all members, as they are safety issues at your Range.
Two options are available, scheduled classes for the Safety Briefing, or an online, “open book” Safety Refresher quiz. The Officers and Board have opted for the online, open book quiz as the least disruptive method to complete the refresher.
The online quiz needs to be completed by all members before you can renew for 2022, giving you 14 months to complete.
The Safety Refresher consists of questions based on our rules including the new revisions, and signage, at the range. It can be taken online using a computer, tablet or smartphone. It is open book and if you are familiar with our rules, it will take less than ten minutes to complete. Since the refresher is a continuing education tool, you must get all the questions correct to pass. The registration information will be used solely to track which members have completed the refresher.
It is suggested you print the Range Rules from this link: Range Rules
Read the rules, and have them available for reference while you take the Safety Refresher.

Spouse Badges
New permanent badges are being sent to all members when they renew this year. The badges are to be worn while on the range. Guest/visitors will be required to wear a sticker that will be available in the sign in trailer.
A member has suggested a permanent badge for their spouse and the Club has decided to make this option available to members. The badge WILL NOT have an expiration date or combination on it, and will read “SPOUSE” instead. This will be a permanent badge. The fee for the spouse badge will be a one time $10 unless a replacement is needed.
IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR YOUR SPOUSE, this is a ‘convenience’ badge for those that use the range frequently.
When ordering, include your name, membership number and your spouses’ name for the badge.

TCMSA Election Update
With the continuing restrictions for meetings because of COVID, the TCMSA annual elections will be conducted online.
The link for casting your vote will be on the TCMSA web page starting January 1, 2021. Voting will continue until the link is closed, January 6, 2021. When you access the web page, go to the link “BALLOT” and cast your vote for the positions and the rule changes as listed on the ballot.
All members planning on attending the January 7, 2021 meeting at HAPO Center, please watch the web page/email for a possible cancellation due to extensions of the quarantine/meeting restrictions.
Keep in mind that if restrictions continue and you plan on paying your dues in person, there may not be meetings until spring. With the issuance of the new PERMANENT membership badges this year, your dues need to be received no later than March 1, 2021, to ensure that you get your badge and combination before the combination change date of April 1, 2021. Any dues received after April 30, 2021, will require you to rejoin the Club and attend the new member orientation.
