TCMSA Nominations and Elections
Elections for Club Officers and two Board positions are coming up in the January 7, 2021 meeting. Since we are not able to have a general membership meeting on December 3, 2020, because of Covid restrictions, the club is looking for nominations via email. The positions up for nominations are:
President, currently held by Gaylord Baker
Vice President, currently held by Brett Menaker
Treasurer, currently held by Rick Kilgore
Secretary, currently held by Cosette Baker
Membership, currently held by Dwayne Locker
Board positions open for election
David Baalman
Alex Job, who is not running for the position.
To make a nomination or volunteer for one of the open positions, send the nomination by using the “contact us” tab on the TCSMA.ORG web page.
IF THE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED, TCMSA is planning a meeting on January 7, 2021, at 7:00 pm at the HAPO center in Pasco. If the restrictions are still in place, we will have a vote by email system in place.
TCMSA DUES FOR 2021
Your dues for 2021 need to be in before May 1, 2021. After that date, you will be considered a new member and be required to rejoin and attend new member orientation. If we are able to have a meeting on January 7, 2021, you can pay then. Because of meeting limits, we can not use Griggs, it is too small. The HAPO Center would be used for the January meeting because of the elections, but because of the cost, there may not be any other in-person meetings before the renewal date. The best alternative is to mail your dues to:
TCMSA
P.O. BOX 4587
PASCO, WA 99302
Include your name, member number, and NRA member expiration date. Dues are $60, $40 if you have work party credit.
MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION BADGES
In response to the rapid growth in members of the Club, effective April 1, 2021, all members will have a membership badge that will be displayed while on the range. These new badges will be mailed after you pay your 2021 dues. These are permanent badges, with new tags for the year and combination issued each year.
All guests, after April 1, 2021, will be required to have a temporary badge that will be available in the sign-in trailer.

Membership meeting and a prospective new member orientation on Saturday, November 7, 2020.
With the easing of restrictions for meetings in Franklin County, TCMSA is planning for an irregular membership meeting and a prospective new member orientation on Saturday, November 7, 2020. Information and requirements are:
The meeting will be at HAPO Center (formerly TRAC) on Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 0800 in the morning.
No one will be allowed to attend without a face mask.
Prospective new membership fees are $80 for the first year and a membership with the NRA. There will be NRA recruiters at the meeting to sign you up if not a current member. All payments are cash or check only, no credit or debit cards. All prospective new members need to notify TCMSA of their planned attendance with the CONTACT US tab on the web page TCMSA.ORG.
The new member orientation requires two hours of classroom training, self-provided travel to the range for an additional two hours of hands-on training. You need to be prepared with appropriate clothing for weather conditions, proper eye, and ear protection, and also have any food/fluid requirements taken care of. The range does not have drinking water or cover from the elements besides the covered benches.
There is not a general membership meeting at Griggs on November 7, 2020, due to the social distancing requirement.

Work Party on Wednesday June 24th, 0800-1100
There is a work party on Wednesday June 24th, 0800-1100. We will be repairing the 100 yard target hangers, installing another handgun table and repairing the .22lr/SHP target frames. If anyone has a portable welder capable of repairing some rebar target holders, it would be great. The range will be cold until about 0930, when the down range work is done. Bring hearing protection for when the range opens.
Club meetings for June have been cancelled
The restrictions for meetings are still in place for Franklin County. The June monthly general meeting and the new member orientation for June have been cancelled.
