The TCMSA club year is from April 1st through March 31st. All memberships expire on March 31st and the gate combination is changed on April 1st. There is a 30-day grace period for renewals. Elapsed members not renewing prior to May 1st of the current year will be required to reapply for membership

• Whether you renew by mail or in person, complete and print the Renewal Form making sure
your contact information is correct.
• Renewals are not accepted in person until the January meeting. If your renewal is sent by mail
prior to the January meeting, your renewal will be processed but you will not receive new
stickers for your badge until after the January club meeting.
• NRA membership is required for membership in TCMSA. Your renewal will not be processed
without your NRA number and renewal date.
• Cash (correct change), checks or money order accepted at meetings. Check or money order accepted by mail.
• Mail to P.O. Box 4587 Pasco, WA 99302-4587 DO NOT MAIL CASH!
