New members of our association are always welcome. The club meets on the first Thursday of each month at the Pasco Moose Lodge, 2617 W. Sylvester St. starting at 7 pm. Membership candidates must attend a regular meeting with a completed application form to start the membership process.
Membership candidates must attend a classroom orientation at the Pasco Moose Lodge. Upon passing the classroom test, candidates will attend a hands-on orientation at the range. The new member fee for 2025 is $110 which will be paid after the orientation by cash exact change, check or money order.
Membership requirements:
- Membership candidates must be a citizen eighteen (18) years or older, who may legally own a firearm under the laws of the United States and the State of Washington.
- They must attend a regularly scheduled meeting and submit the required documents, introduce yourself, and have your candidacy approved by the body.
- Membership candidates must complete an application form and be a current member of the NRA showing proof of membership and expiration date.
- Successful completion of training requirements consists of a classroom session with test followed by practical training session conducted at the range.
- Payment of dues for new members immediately follows the hands-on orientation.
Process to follow:
Read, understand, and complete the application form online, then print and bring with you to a meeting. > Application for Membership Current NRA members must show proof of membership number and expiration date. If you are not a current NRA member join online here > NRA Online. When you join online use the “live chat” option which operates 9am to 10pm Eastern Time M-F. If you use the chat option they can give you your NRA number and expiration at that time, or after 3 days you can email them at membership@nrahq.org for your card numbers. Otherwise it takes weeks by mail.
The prospective member is responsible for bringing their approved application form to the orientation.
On the Saturday following the meeting in March, June, September and December prospective new members must attend our orientation and bring their approved application. The orientation is held at the Pasco Moose Lodge commencing at 8 am. Print our range rules from this link > Range Rules, read them beforehand and you will get more out of the orientation. The orientation will consist of classroom training followed by a test. After passing the classroom test, the new members will travel to the range for practical training. When you satisfactorily complete the practical training you can then pay the joining fee and receive the combination to the range. Your badge will be mailed to you in approximately three weeks. The total time for orientation will usually be 5 hours. Take snacks and water with you if needed.
We also reduce the membership if members participate in at least one work party each year. TCMSA membership dues must be paid by cash (exact change), check or money order.
