Club elections will be held during the January 4, 2024 member meeting of TCMSA.

On the ballot is a proposed update of the TCMSA By Laws.  The proposal is posted on the TCMSA web page.

Nominations for Club Officer and Board positions were presented at the December 7, 2023 member meeting.  The nominations are:

Board Position:  James Simpson (current Board member)

Board Position:  Dale Copeland (new)

President:  Gaylord Baker ( current President)

Vice President: Brett Menaker (current Vice President)

Treasurer:  No nominations received.  Need nomination or volunteer.

Secretary:  Cosette Baker (current Secretary)

Membership Coordinator:  Connie Simpson (new)

Nominations or volunteers for ANY of the positions will be accepted up to the Vote on January 4, 2024.

The Board is working with Rick Kilgore, the current Treasurer, and a CPA to ease the demand and procedural knowledge required for the Treasurers position.  More information and a job description will be posted as it evolves.
